ESTAL Congress has a three-step secure registration system:

  1. The 1st step is to register your e-mail address, then select and memorize your password. After doing so you may sign in and continue the procedure.Please note, that there is no way for group registration, one e-mail address can be used for one registration record, as it also serves as an identifier.
  2. The 2nd step (“pre-registration”) involves your personal details, affiliation, membership. If your affiliation is not in the database yet, please press “Add affiliation” and enter the data on that sheet.
  3. In the 3rd step, please select your registration category and, if it is the case, you may register an accompanying person. You can define another invoice address if it is different from your workplace address (default). After completing this stage, you are becoming a “Registered delegate”.

Payment can be completed separately, in a subsequent stage, from the “Registration” page.

In addition to the registration, the booking of the hotel room has to be done individually through the reservation form to be found under “accommodation”

  • Coffee breaks (28-29 September)
  • Lunches (28-29 September)
  • Visit of the ’Green Houses’ followed by a dinner at Larus Event Hall (28 September)
  • Gala dinner at Gundel Palace (29 September)

Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Welcome reception at the venue hotel (27 September)
  • Lunches (28-29 September)
  • Visit of the ’Green Houses’ followed by a dinner at Larus Event Hall (28 September)
  • Gala dinner at Gundel Palace (29 September)
  • Tours and programmes offered only for the accompanying persons

Accompanying persons’ registration fee is not valid to attend the sessions, and these fees do not include any conference materials, only social events and meals.

Visitors without badge are not allowed to participate in any of the Congress events. Representatives of Sponsors and Exhibitors are handled as ordinary Congress participants, NOT as accompanying persons. Sponsoring companies wishing to delegate more colleagues should refer to the detailed description of benefits outlined in their sponsoring package. Payment options and credit cards

During the secure online registration VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards are accepted. We regret that American Express and Diners cards are not accepted. In order to process the payment online, using one of the cards, you may need the following data: card number that is suitable for online payment (check if web shop mode is allowed by the issuer) expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). As from 2022 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is used worldwide, please make sure to prepare the device that you usually use for the two-factor authentication.

Registration will be acknowledged by sending a confirmation to each participant by e-mail. Official invoices and receipts on fees paid by the participants is to be sent upon receipt of the full amount by e-mail in pdf. On site, late registration fees can be paid in EUR, Hungarian Forint or by using the cards mentioned above. The organisers regret that cheques and banker’s drafts are not accepted.


Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the Congress. During the online registration participants should accept the privacy policy, the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, cultural event, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service.


Cancellation policy

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. by e-mail. Usually all refunds are to be processed after the Congress. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, if paid by bank transfer. In case of credit card payments the reimbursement can only be made to the same card that was used during the online payment.

The organisers would like to call your kind attention that 100% reimbursement is not possible in case of any cancellation caused by any reason. The administrative charge of 10% is applicable in each case.
