Preparation

• Official language is English
• Deadline for submission of the presentation: 10 September 2023 (please send to diamond@diamond-congress.hu and congress2023@estal.org)
• Preferred presentation file format: Microsoft Office Power Point (.ppt, pptx)
• Use standard Windows fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri or Verdana which will be installed on the congress room computer. If you use specific fonts, your presentation may not operate correctly on the congress room computer.
• Verification of proper performance of the presentation a few days prior to the congress or at the Registration desk is highly recommended, especially if video or animation is included in the presentation.

On-site

• Please bring your (updated) presentation files on a USB drive if possible one day before your presentation. If you are present only on the day of your presentation, bring your presentation in the congress room 30 minutes before the start of the congress session.
• Presenters should not use personal laptops to avoid problems with computer-projectors compatibility.
• All speakers are invited to attend the whole congress session on the day of their presentation

Allocated presentation time

• Please check your presentation time on the website
• It is important that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the congress session to make sure that everything is prepared for your presentation.
• Most presentations should last maximum 30 minutes, this including 5-10 minutes time for questions from the audience.

Presentations if pdf format will be made available for download to the registered congress participants after the congress.
